I'm trying to sell my Kubota for $15,000. Is that too much to ask? We bought a Kubota B7500 HSD, front end loader, grill guard, industrial tires, four wheel drive, Woods 5 foot finish mower (never used), Kodiac 4 foot box blade (used once), Woods Brushbull 4 foot bush hog(used a few times). Always stored in a garage. Only used 23 hours. Practically brand new. Bought July 2001. Anyone interested. We had decided to live in town after a month of buying. Please help me sell.

First, I would suggest putting the ad in the classifieds section. Secondly IMHO the price is a little high. In round numbers the tractor with FEL should go for $12,500 new and the implements between $2500 and $3000. Given to go new, you get reduced financing, I would think you need a little more room to make the deal attractive.

Many times as folks visit my shop, they see an orange sitting in it, and immediately ask if I want to sell it and for how much. If I happen to have my orange in the front yard, some will stop in and check it out thoroughly, then inquire,...
Really, as Morgan wrote, leave it in your garage,and bump your price accordingly on your house. The right party will be tickled to latch onto it at the same time as your house.

The above comment on the tractor in the garage is correct. Until they introduced the low interest rates many people used home equity lines at low interest rates to purchase tractors. Totally deductable! ....
